They sell the capes there. I'd highly suggest buy the uniform on Amazon and get the capes from universal as they are high quality albeit expensive
The hloween store has them and they are much cheaper
You can find all manner of Hogwarts and house-specific attire at mall stores like Hot Topic, Box Lunch, or Spencers. From cardigans, t shirts, dresses, neck ties, and many other Harry Potter accessories. Universal does indeed sell house robes for about 100 dollars. But you can usually round up the basic uniform with regular school uniform items and build up from there with your particular house colors.
