This particular location has no clue on how international shipping works. We came to this location because it was right across the street from the CVS pharmacy where we were at. We told the manager Hiep that we needed to ship medication to Mexico and he proceeded to sell us a box and charge us $180. What he did NOT inform us is that Mexico does not accept medication to be sent from another country and now he refuses to return our call or UPS to instruct them to send the medicine back to us here in the U.S This store is quick to take your mo ey and forget about you from there. Avoid this location if you need to ship internationally as they are incompetent and don't provide you correct information

the staff probably tryied their best, but UPS is effing rubbish. Look ups if you put a store out there, how about try to make it more useful ?

I never received an ebay shipment to my UPS box number at this location even though tracking number shows it was delivered. One of the employees told me that the owner confiscated the package and stole it. Also this UPS store location employees ask you to make an appointment when you stop by to try to pick up your mail and packages due to the amount of customers they regularly get in the store due to COVID pandemic. When you do finally get to pick up your packages, the owner threatens you with a storage fee and the store employees refuses to let you pick up your mail and packages unless that fee is paid. Also even though the store hours claim that the location opens on weekdays at 8:30A and closes at 5:30P, this is untrue as the employees are regularly late to open the store. The store would open at 8:45A or 9A on weekdays and close early at 5P. This store does not open on Sundays at all even though Google and their store hours posted at the entrance claims they open on Sundays from 12PM–5AM (5PM?).

This morning I went to get a printout, stayed just like 15 min, but I already feel this is a most pleasant ups store I ever visit. The store stuff maintains it very clean, warm and some comfortable fragrant smell. Most important, the store stuff, an asian girl, she is very friendly and sunshine. Just simply one or two conversations, you can feel the girl is so alive and paying attention to the customers. Very pleasant experience for me in the morning even I just simply went there to get a printout.
