If you have questions and expect a half way decent level of customer service, this is not the store for you. Staff completely short and rude and very unhelpful. When I walk into a UPS store I expect to be helped and point is in the right direction of how to solve my problem. Staff expects you to know exactly what you are doing and it seems they don’t really care to help you if not.

Philip was incredibly helpful and made our experience returning a few packages at this location very smooth and secure. Other locations weve been too in this town weve encountered rude staff but Philip was great. Philip deserves a raise in my opinion.

This is my neighborhood UPS store and the employees here are so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to help you and are very efficient. Special shout out to Andrea. Thank you!!

I have a mailbox in this store and use their services nearly every week. I have always found them to be very helpful especially since the change of management. There are some stuff they charge for - packaging and tape, which is understandable as they don't come free.
