I have been a customer at this location since it opened. And now they will not take your packages without forcing you to buy tape? Lol don’t waste your time. Go to a friendlier more reasonable ups

I’ve never been treated so poorly in a UPS store before. I don’t currently have a printer at home, and I had to send back an Amazon return. Typically I receive a QR code to do so but in this instance I didn’t have one. I wasn’t overly concerned as any UPS store I had been to prior has offered to print the label for free or for a fee. And typically they are open to taping the top of the box with one piece of tape as well. Either situation, I would be willing to pay a fee for, but what I experienced here was above and beyond. The owner charged me to logon and use the computer to print the label. OK, fine; I’m OK with that. I was using the computer for less than three minutes (there is a timer), and I was charged $16. When I asked him about the charge and that it was greater than what was posted, he responded that I was in control of it as I had the opportunity to extend the time. But the problem was I hadn’t extended the time. And while we sat and discussed I was getting charged further. I relented and signed off the computer. He then charged me at seven dollars plus tax to purchase tape. I usually head to UPS at least once a week, and I know none of this is common practice. Stay away from this location

What kind of UPS STORE doesn't stock UPS SUPPLIES? The guy gave me a dumb look as if I was an alien when I asked for a UPS small express box for a label I already printed and need to ship today. Where am I supposed to get UPS boxes for UPS shipping if not a UPS store?!!
