ALL THESE BUMS WHO ARE IN THE REVIEWS COMPLAINING! IF ITS SO BAD OF A STORE HOW COME U STILL COME TO THIS STORE OFTEN! AND ONLY TO COMPLAIN LIKE A CHILD 😭😭 THESE PEOPLE BRING HOME PROBLEMS INTO THIS STORE IVE SEEN IT MANY TIMES THEY CANT WIN ARGUMENTS AT HOME SO THEY COME TO THIS STORE TO MAKE THEM SELFS FEEL GOOD ,GROW UP SIMPLY DONT GO TO THIS STORE ANYMORE AND PROBLEM SOLVED!

They have started returning our mail despite having service with them for more than 8 years!! The new Manager blames everything on customers except her own poor skills!! She charged us for LATE FEE even though she as sending the emails to the WRONG address! She blamed me for the WRONG email address which is absurd as if we have access to bounced emails! They used to leave a printed renewal notice which we relied on for years to renew our service. She's now stopped that in favor of emails and phone calls which are being sent to the wrong address! She also lies that she's called multiple times even though she only had left 1 voice mail. There is no price for one's integrity. We can't recommend the store anymore after the owners have delegated the day-day management of the service to someone who is clearly inexperienced, unqualified and places no value to customer loyalty.

We needed to mailed a check and needed it DELIVERED next day air. . The staff said “ok.” We paid and now we on on business day 4 because they COMPLETELY fubar’d the delivery and shipping. They actually mailed it priority mail via USPS. How the hell do you want into a UPS store and have something-mailed USPS. Just avoid this store and go somewhere else.

We were told that we could not use our business UPS account?! Excuse me? That doesn't even make sense! My husband went to mail packages, armed with our family business account number and all of the information needed, and he was refused service. I have NEVER not even ONCE had a problem at ANY other location. I will be reporting the Camden store to corporate. (With the amount of shipping done for heavy airplane parts on a daily basis on this account, the billing is astronomical. And if we can't even receive SERVICE, there really is no point in using UPS for something FedEx can do.) We DID, however, receive GOOD service at another location immediately following this, with no problems. If you should decide to use UPS, go to ANY other location. You might actually get served.
