If you're looking for low cost, fresh cut flowers and don't have time to wait for the next farmer's market, stop by California Flower Shippers just off the 237 near the 101. They have most standard flowers one would look for (roses, carnations, daisies, lilies, orchids, etc...) in bulk. For example, a market bunch of mini carnations or astermarium lilies are only $5-6. This is a great place to visit if you like making your own arrangements or need a large order of flowers. QUICK TIPS: Bring a sweater or jacket because the storage room where the flowers are kept is extremely cold. Credit cards are accepted here for purchases over $25. Store hours are 6am-12:30pm but you can often still come in until 3pm. Plenty of parking on site just turn into the building and navigate around the huge delivery truck.
