This is one of the few UPS store locations that accept shipments with UPS account numbers. I almost took my package to Fed-Ex after reading so many negative comments about the shop. However, I was warmly greeted by a young Indian worker upon arrival. He told me not to hesitate to ask questions if needed whilst serving another customer as I was filling out a shipping form. The manager (or owner?) signalled Chris, another young staff, to attend to me seeing that I have completed the form. These gentlemen were very attentive, very gracious, and very friendly. As a small business owner, great consistent customer service is one of my keys to success. Please keep up with the excellent work. Thank you.

I do quite a bit of shipping and have gone to several shipment facilities –this UPS in my opinion is the best shipping facility. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm impressed out how quickly they are able to process tasks even under high demand.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They just want your money! Employees were rude and not informed. I called to ask about printing and they said it's $0.09 a page and they have a computer for customers to use. When I got there, employee has no idea what he was doing and I had to figure out how to print myself. When I paid I found out there was a $2 charge to use the computer for 5 minutes and it was actually $0.49 a page. I told the employee who rung me up about the phone call and he told me off, insulting me for not knowing it was $0.49, despite the fact that they're the ones who said it was $0.09 in the first place! Then he tried to charge me $45 to mail out the 10 pages I printed to Boston. I told him off and he begrudgingly took only the money for printing(which is still upsetting) It's the first time I've had such an experience at UPS and I am not going back. In the end, I went to USPS and ship it for less than $2. Moral of the story, horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible store.
