I don't ever post reviews online - but Nia was that great. I had six big packages to ship and she calmly walked me through the process and went above and beyond to make it a smooth process. Her customer service skills should be taught across all UPS stores!

Huge shoutout to Ernesto and Nia!!! We had a ton of boxes to ship and we got to the store late. They were willing to stay after and help us sort out all our packages and tried to help us minimize costs. If you’re ever in need of shipping packages in San Jose or some nice small talk, this place is where you NEED to go!!!

I was running a little late because a homeless person was going little bunkers around the store. so I couldn't get out of my car. For my safety, by time was it was safe, i ran to the store. When i got to the store the Staff lady told me get that the story's close and I was very disappointed. Never come there again

If it's a text file yes, for pdfs they make you use the computer which is not worth the price to use it.
Not if the return you are dropping off has a pre-paid shipping label then it's free. For example an amazon return with a shipping label will be free, make sure you ask for your tracking receipt though.
