The process was real easy dealing with Ernesto was horrible Ill never go to the UPS store again.

I know who the associate is. He is extremely RUDE and was like that to my mother simply because she didn't have her mask on properly. He is supposed to help and be more professional in his customer service skills. This kind of behavior should be REPORTED so either it doesn't happen again or the associate can find another job that is customer service.
