Comcast as a service sucks- we all know this. That being said the in-person customer service that I received with Elijah was phenomenal. Elijah is definitely a star employee that makes customers like myself feel important and taken care of when they leave. Excellent customer service, if I choose to add anything to my plan I will be asking him personally.

I was "greeted" by 4 men whom stared at me through the glass doors while carrying equipment. I struggled with the door and not one of them bothered to help. The agent manipulated my order and did the opposite of my request. Calling every government agency tomorrow and reporting these people.

We went into Xfinity a few days ago to turn in our modem for a new one, as it was really slow. We got a great person named Trevor and he was over the top friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. He also helped us increase our internet speed while dropping our bill a few bucks. He is truly a great asset to your company.

I just wanted to share how absolutely wonderful my experience was, at the Xfinity Store on 5/15/22: My Mom was visiting from out of town, & we needed to activate a couple of new phones. One phone had partially completed the activation process, & the other hadn’t even started. The main reason for this review, is because we were extremely impressed with our Customer Service Rep, David!! David was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, very professional, & so enjoyable to work with!! Best Customer Service that I have received in years!! Hands down the easiest visit to a cell phone store that I’ve ever experienced!! Xfinity is lucky to have David as one of their representatives!! 5 Stars!! Couldn’t be more pleased, I hope he gets extra kudos for this review!! Thank you :)

In store also works, but you should be able to reach national customer support fairly easily.
Same here
I just dropped in and gave them all the devices I didn't need and the helped me upgrade to a new router and saved me 30$ I'll go see the fine folk's there at xfinity store and gladly wait for however long they need. The experience still outranks calling to get an issue solved. They take the issue at hand seriously and give honest answers and solutions while listening to the concerns you have. I came in looking to sign up for mobile service. After talking to the gentleman I decided that it wasn't the right time to switch yet because a few of the devices I had were not yet supported, but he still looked into my account and helped me save some money.
Yes
14 day buyers remorse period on cell phones
They really do not care about their customers! They know we need them... that's all that matters to them! Their employees scam elderly people like my mom and over charge people every day!
Best way would probably be going into the store but if your looking for a way to do that not in person I would recommend calling.
Yes, go to the store by the Valley River Center, they are there to help and answer your questions.
I agree with you. They really take advantage of their customers
If she set up an count with them, they should deliver the equipment free, however there could be charges for setting it up.
Of course anytime during business hours or over the phone
Yes, they should always have units in stock. Sorry for the delay. Good luck.
If yoy want cable/internet & don't already have a box then yes.
Yes you can drop off at the desk or there is a return box for after hours but always get a receipt because things go missing and you get charged
Dude was more into his religion and trying to get us away from using Xfinity than actually helping us. Bummer!
No. Has to be in store or call a technician to your house
I'd suggest you go into an Xfinity store to deal with them directly if you can. I have always had difficulty when trying to do anything but very basic stuff with them over the phone but have a really easy time with the same issue going in person.
A lot.
No
Should be able to.
Try contacting Xfinity directly and they can identify the wires for you.
I didn't see any place out front that would indicate that they do.
Why dont you call Xfinity rather than wasting time and posting a question here?
I went to the store twice. First time I had to wait 45 min. Second time got in right away. Store staff are much more helpful than any other customer service option.
Hmmmmm... I would like the answer to that myself
Yes. But if it is to your cable they won't charge you to replace that remote.
Short answer: yes, they will exchange equipment at the store. Wear a mask and exercise a little patience. They will take care of you/your issue.
Yes, you just won't have cable.
Maybe because they have to deal with stuff in store rather then being a call center?
Go o line and book an appointment. EASIEST WAY Pretty cool store.
You can check Yellow pages.com.
With all providers, all equipment is on rental unless purchased. Plus additional stateand federal taxes and fees. All for TV that was new 30yrs ago and movies from 10yrs ago yay.
You might try calling tech support, it could save time
Or call their 1-800 number and ask which if any stores are open
You can either go into the xfinity store or call the toll free number for customer service
No just the toll free number
It should Not. You need to call Comcast .
IDK I seldom record TV programs. Contact Xfinity and ask them.
Its still available. You have to pay extra for it.
Ask the manager if they have a program. The local library (Eugene) has computers available but one must sign up for the allotted time slot. There is no fee at the library unless one doesn't live in Eugene.
Contact an Xfinity store representative? They will know which package is currently available for your area.
You should be able to do so. But I suggest you call your local xfinity office before you do.
I suggest you call or visit your nearest xfinity store and inquire there. Also when did you make the appointment to get connected, they are generally good at keeping appointments.
I was going to buy someone's old paid off s8
No
I suggest you contact them directly rather than asking Google Maps.
Best to have that looked up for you to Comcast
I am sure they do, but give a call or go to store by vally river. I have only phone service and internet.. No tv..
844 seems popular and 306
You can also get your own at Walmart make sure it works with Comcast
Probably depends on service plan.. they do have Internet Essentials if you are low income and have a minor in school.. Hope this helps..
Are you asking if there is a local number or how the xfinity home phone service works?
Just take them into the Comcast office they can take care of it all there
You can pay your bill at any comcast center, or online at any time. Their phone number should be the only place that you may not be able to reach for payment.
Yes.
yes
You can access the Xfinity WiFi hotspots anytime with any phone as long as you subscribe to their service. No matter the phone provider you can access your Xfinity Internet on your phone as long as you know you password and Username and the Modem has wireless capabilities . Hope this helped.
