I went to the store twice. First time I had to wait 45 min. Second time got in right away. Store staff are much more helpful than any other customer service option.
I walked into the store twice without an appointment and rec'd immediate assistance.
It's really.... really hard! Best to make an appointment on line and go in and talk with someone in person. I feel your pain. :)
