Ask the manager if they have a program. The local library (Eugene) has computers available but one must sign up for the allotted time slot. There is no fee at the library unless one doesn't live in Eugene.
If you are looking for the free home screen for school children that's available contact comcast via phone and they will tell you. I believe you need proof of income proof children are enrolled in school
