You can go online, on the app, or in person to set up an appointment. There is also the option to come in and wait on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you make an appointment before hand, you will be able to skip the wait when you come in at the appointment time.

I've never had to wait too long. It is a nice open store too....so much better then the old one.
