My ball joint came loose and they just made me bring the hardware and charged me for a replacement but it wasn’t replaced. Go somewhere else

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.

Yeah they could be a bit disorganized at times but generally have good experiences there. But there's a bunch of alternatives, best of luck!
Call them and ask...there are diffrent prices...such as remanufactured or new what kind of warranty you want and so forth
They are real easy to talk too and will work you on cost give them a call
Not sure if they do. But if they do depends on the vehicle.
