Edit 4/9/20: Went back to smog my husband's car and we had the same great experience with the owner. It's the best price around, and he's fast and friendly. You can even get your tags there instantly. Open 7 days a week. -- Very friendly and fast. Pointed out a couple things that other mechanics had missed. Great pricing. We go back again and again.

Jorge was super nice and quick. Very professional and as a bonus they are open on Sundays unlike most other smog places. They have a coupon on their website that you should mention. The price might be slightly higher but it is well worth it. I will return the next time I need a smog check and I will recommend this place to others.

Finally I'm be able to renew my registration! after over a year since I got the problem from other place before. Until a friend recommended this place. Jorge is a guy! Best service. Trustworthy. Clean and professional. Of course affordable price!

Fast & professional. Smog prices are transparent - the first thing you see. Spotless waiting room with good WiFi and a limited vending machine. I went on a Tuesday late morning and there was no wait - probably 15 minutes start to finish.

Yes, Jason is correct, check engine light = fail and that you can get the light turned off at auto zone for free. Now, resetting the light doesn't mean that you have fixed the problem nor does it mean your vehicle is guaranteed to now pass smog. The check engine light's sole purpose in life is to let the driver know of an emissions problem, so something in your emissions system is malfunctioning and that problem may cause your vehicle to fail the tailpipe test regardless of the light being off. It's a gamble. Good luck!
Payment in-store at the time of service is desired.
Not sure, and this place is fast and good
The vehicle needs to be in its original configuration in order to pass smog check. You can check the under hood label, and if it lists 'Catalytic' or CAT or TWC, then your vehicle requires a catalytic converter and therefore it must have one to pass inspection.
