They’ll turn away vaccinated and boosted patients day of arrival if you have a cough. This stupid policy is very inconvenient and disregards the efforts of those who actually protect them selves from Covid. The system they have wastes time and almost always turns you down so don’t bother calling. No matter how clear you are that you don’t have Covid, just leave because they’ll waste your time making you believe you have a chance to be seen. Getting a Covid test to be seen about an emergency is ridiculous. They claim they want to see urgent patients, but turn down a vaccinated and boosted patient due to a slight cough.

It's amazing the services PPH provides. I don't know what I'd do without them. I had my IUD put in here at practically no cost, so I made a very generous donation! Over the years they have provided me so many services without the headache of going through a regular doctor or dealing with the mainstream medical system and insurance. They always make me feel comfortable and genuinely want to help! I recommend every woman use planned parenthood, and be sure to give back financially if you have the means because it ensure others can get access to these important services easily! 5+ stars!!

I'm very uncomfortable with Dr visits, and ended up coming here after my current doctor was unwilling to spend the time to do a physical exam at my last appointment.... Everyone who works here was friendly and most of all quick. I do not feel they skipped on customer service in place of quickness, but I could care less about chit chat. My appointment was straight forward, I had all my questions answered and all my concerns taken care of. It felt like the most complete appointment I've ever had....like how they should all feel?! My insurance covered the appointment as well, which was a relief. And the woman who checked me out of the appointment took the time to ask me if everything I needed was taken care of today. I will definitely be back. I thought it was a nice touch that they asked what your preferred pronouns are as well.

People living in the United States expect the things that they want immediately, and I think people should be more grateful to have such a great service at prices average people can afford. This location is providing a great service with great facilities. Someone who is upset for waiting an hour to be seen should consider polices in other countries regarding things such as contraception/sexual health. Sorry for the rant, but be thankful for this great service. We as Americans have it better than most on a global level!!
