Celeste, Admistration of Vista Office, states ".you must not be a psychologist we don't interupt patients". Because I repetitively complained she did not seem interested as I heard typing in background and she kept say uh huh at least 10 times. I then complained why she did not explain to me she was typing about my case that is when she stated the aforementioned. I was not swearing, I was rapid firing detail of my case and experience. She stated she would not interrupt to answer my question about the typing and disinterested demeanor I was feeling based on her first statement. I started laughing dumbfounded and asked if she did this with other patient because it was highly unprofessional and not part of her scope of training as we were not in a therapy session. It was just a question about patient care. All she had to say to me i am so sorry you got directed to the wrong dept. My apologies my staff does not know about the pain management pain psycologist component. I am typing on your behalf to we resolve this issue. I will make sure there is a reminded to all staff so this does not happen to another patient. But no...she also said I don't not have to put up with this abuse because I was heated and repeatedly laughed in disbelief based on how she handled herself. Common human tactic of deflection - ADD INJURY TO INSULT..... which is exactly what she accomplished. I imagine if she is question she will spin this to her benefit. I was a hospice worker from 2007 to 202I and understand the health care system. Celeste was dismissive, disrespectful and did not know how to diffuse frustrated patient. I explained to her my entire case from the get go regarding my traumatic brain injury and that this case study would get an F plus My experience with Kaiser has been Horrific. Friends of mine who are clinicians and well respected physicians in our county are dumbfounded by my recount over the last 2.5 years of every obstacle I have encountered starting with my primary care physician Christine Kelso, the entire system has had hiccups. I have encountered rays of sunlight within the Kaiser system to help keep me afloat but they are far and few between or they can have no impact on change regarding the cylosystem of Kaiser......each department, to some degree, washing there hands of understanding, ownership and overall patient care. I gonna keep working on lowering the bar on humanity with in Kaiser. I am so excited when someone does what I think is basic care and compassion and thank them profusely.. Doing your job these days is something I think of as an extraordinary patient care experience. Soooo much more could be shared but one get the gist. My main concern is not me.....it is others who are challenged and sick.......cuz this girl who is tenacious and knowledgable is not getting a passing grade navigating Kaiser for her own health care.

I am impressed with Courtney Yurecko, O.D. she is an amazing efficient, professional and kind individual whom carefully evaluated my eyes asking questions concerning my eye health and the staff was all helpful, Informative and professional. Thank you P.S Being open on Saturday was a plus! Only don’t read the front door Enter and go upstairs The sign is misleading Thank you Kaiser once again you are making a difference! Kaiser is the best!

I was a member of this insurance company for over 20 years. I lost my benefits due to this company's incompetency. They have a disability department with a broken fax machine and nurses that are so overwhelmed that correct information is not put in your records. And when the issue was pointed out, this company STILL made it to where it was my fault! I don't believe that I am responsible for knowing if their fax machine is in working condition, nor if their employees have had the adequate rest for their shift. The nurse I was dealing with, literally lied to me on the phone until I was able to produce evidence. At that point I got the most used..."I'm not sure what happened"!! I still lost my benefits due to their lack of attention to detail! My company restored my benefits. If a doctor's office can compromise this; how about your life in their hands during surgery? I will NEVER use these people again!! They are a "for profit" company. The health of the people are NOT a REAL concern! I launched a medical dispute; even their member services were CLUELESS as what to do!!! With a company that's SO uneducated/uninformed; would you really want them in charge of your health? I'm gonna escalate the issue to the state medical board! There was one thing that happened that will have someone's license revoked!!

People tend to not understand how a doctor's office works. I work in the medical field....patients come late and they still want to b seen. Some appointments may run a little longer due to a more difficult case. Doctors get emergencies they have to deal with. It's a doctor's office not a grocery store. Sometimes you have to wait, that is normal in every Dr's office. I find they are good at keeping the schedule. I see Dr. Harvey she's fantastic. If I call or email, her nurse will get back to me asap. You know you if your difficult your gonna have to expect to not get the best service anywhere u go. If you constantly have issues everywhere you go maybe you need to check yourself, u maybe your own problem. Be nice people and I guarantee they will be nice and very helpful to you. It's not rocket science.

Yes. They see kids to elders. Their glasses selection isn't always affordable but the doctors are really great.
No. There is not a lab here. The closest 2 would be Oceanside and San Marcos. Make an appointment if you can.
