Kelly and Shane were amazing helping us find the best floor to match our new home. I also have a Mastiff and she doesn’t scratch the Shaw LVP at all, high grade stuff. Pricing is very fair and the quality of work their crew did was top notch. I was really impressed with the base board corner cuts. I’m a realtor and see bad floor jobs all the time. The sales person rushed us through the process of choosing our flooring. He didn’t properly explain what our flooring would look like or show pictures of everything we were getting so we were unpleasantly surprised at the types of baseboards that were put in. Partway through the installation process, I asked to change it once I saw what it looked like and was told they just had to finish the installation as it was too late to change. They also chipped quite a few of my doorways and cabinet corners upon installation. They broke my toilet and it took 4 calls to the office before they finally agreed to fix the toilet (the flooring people had reinstalled the toilet incorrectly). Our flooring has only been in for 1 month and there are already significant scratches in it. They clearly didn’t use high quality flooring if it scratches so easily.
