After researching the different electric disability scooters, I decided upon the Metro M1. I called Top Mobility and spoke with Thomas. He made the entire process quick and easy. I felt comfortable buying from the company, after I had done my research. I was happy they were in the USA. I received my invoice within minutes. They sent the UPS tracking # right after that. I received my scooter 7 days later. The box was totally intact. Everything was tightly packed, so professionally. It was easy to set up. I was impressed with the cushioned seat. I've rented a lot of scooters over the years, but this is the best scooter I have ever rode. The leg room is enough for my cane, a tote, and even a second tote. I am 5'4". The light on it is bright and adjustable. The basket is your average smaller size. The speed is very good. I am so pleased with Thomas and his excellent service. He truly owned that sale. He gave me his direct phone number in case I had further questions. He was very friendly and professional. He had my trust, and that is hard to do. The quality appears to be exactly as I expected, actually a bit better. I recommend Top Mobility 100% and will share my excellent experience with my friends and family. Thank you so very much.

I purchased this recliner from Journey Health & Life Style; it is NOT the perfect lift chair that they claim; I should have gone with my first instinct, NOT TO BUY, when I was told upfront that the chair could not be returned if we did not like lit. However, I went against my instinct in this case because they boasted being an accredited business A+ with the better business bureau; this was a very expensive lesson that I've learned. The massaging (vibration) is mostly on the seat of the chair; light vibration on the back of the chair (where is mostly needed); it's noisy won't let me sleep when I'm lying on the couch 5 feet away from my husband (using the recliner with the massaging "on"). The material is to slick; foot rest sticks out to much, my husband is 80 years old and he has already fallen while trying to get out of this chair; paramedics had to be called and he was taken to the hospital. I called customer service today to let them know of these issues that I'm having as well as my dissatisfaction with their product ; they are sending a tech over in 14 business days (or less) - so they say; we'll see. Bottom line, if I had gone into a store and tried out their "perfect lift chair" I would NOT have purchased it; specially not for their price; as I mentioned earlier, a very expensive lesson. Unfortunately, I have to give this product one star in order to post my comments, but it does not even deserve one star.

A special shout out to Tiffany who went out of her way to help my wife swap scooters to accommodate her RA limitations. We thought a 3 wheel scooter would be the right choice but after 2 tries and a painful arm for my wife we called Tiffany. We went into the showroom and tried out a number of recommendations. We ended up choosing a Pride Go chair with a joystick control. So far we have tried it twice and my wife couldn't be happier. Thank you Tiffany

Ordered a scooter. It arrived. Charged as directed and scooter was dead. Contacted Top Mobility and said "Unfortunately we cannot help you. You must wait for the manufacturer to respond." No response. No assistance. I cannot return it. We had it ONE day. They sure are quick to sell you something but won't help if there is an issue. I am out $2499 and my husband is suicidal because this was our solution for him and can't afford to go buy another scooter. He is an amputee and this was vital to his mobility. They should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they are ripping off poor defenseless people

They have a black cloth sleeve for canes that adapts to many of their scooters
But that would be something you should call Top mobility and ask I picked mine up as I wanted to see all the different models that they had. I have been researching for a couple of months and every place seem to have a different model a different style but top Mobility had more than any other place their showroom is big enough that you can ride around on the mobility scooter see how it handles how it fits you and which one is best for you. Tony was my official salesperson although he's a telephone salesperson he was fabulous awesome I can't give him enough Kudos the dear man must have spent an hour with me on the phone as I asked him all sorts of questions. That's when I decided to go up and see them for myself and to test drive them very glad I did found the perfect one and I love it would definitely recommend top mobility and would buy another one from them
Maybe i don't know
I've never had that problem on mine, but I did however have that issue with a rental, it turned out to me the headlight was on keeping it from charging, if yours has no headlight, then I would think it is the battery.
