This is a great place for famies just starting out or famies saving for something bigger. Everyone is friendly. Management is very nice. Home is what you make it and right now our home is awesome. Thanks Winter Paradise for letting us in! Dane, Regina, and Baby The Parrot!

This place has a laundry room but most of the dryers or out of service and some of the ones that do work you have to put your laundry in two or three times to get it dry

I have been hear a month now and so far I love it! It's quiet pet friendly I love to walk my dog around,people are friendly...the office staff are very nice and helpful, perfect for the price*so far looks like I am staying for a long time :) i am a Happy camper 😎

They don't rent out places just sell them

i would like stays nov.until april .I have visited your park and i dont have seen for have internet on site and the sewer.Usually we call spectrum to install internet does it have a connection to the site.I am must to move for emptying .

I have spectrum and yes you can get internet with spectrum. Or the club house gas free wifi.

Trailers are side by side. People are nosey and tell staff. Maintenance workers take pictures of everything. Drugs everywhere. If you have kids stay away. If you like peace and quiet stay away. They wont let rebuilt felons in but let drug addicts in idk this place is a joke
