Specially ate his spicy chicken. Hey. Not authentic. Pull the crotch. After eating, it was thin. Eh.. The kidneys and liver are good. The ingredients are very fresh. Sichuan style cuisine. Normally I avoid spicy seasoned food so my hosts were careful of their orders. Sautéed green beans and twice cooked pork were delicious. To my surprise, the best dish was the beef tripe and pig stomach seasoned to my hosts liking. Will visit again.
