It is kind of a strange place. Small, but packed full of Sprinters of all ages, and Maxim and his team are absolute top notch experts in all things Sprinter. I’ve been to dealers, but their knowledge is far less that what these guys bring to the table. And that is not to mention the superior pricing and availability (it can take weeks to get an appointment at a dealer service and these guys can usually do same week or day). Good stuff

Great work! These guys know sprinter vans better than the dealership mechanics do. They will have you diagnosed, repaired and on your way! Maxim and Dimitri are very professional and very knowledgeable! We found them on YouTube with their helpful videos and planned our trip out to them from Georgia. While getting serviced I met a sprinter owner from South Carolina and another from Florida. I highly recommend these fellas, for your Sprinter vans, that's all they work on!

Max and the whole crew at Sprinter Service & Repair went above and beyond in both their communication and service when I brought my vehicle in to have them diagnose and work on my 2003 Sprinter. They made sure I fully understood what each repair was and why it was needed, as well as level of priority. Lucky to know a little bit about auto mechanics and diesel mechanics, but they operated in a way that would have been accommodating and serving to even the most novice diesel/auto owner. Honest, clear, straightforward, and professional in all they did. Thank you, guys!

I went to Sprinter Service & Repair in Vista for repair of a glow plug. Maxim and his team inspected my Sprinter and pointed out 8 additional items that required service and explained their importance to proper operation of my Sprinter. Since I've had my Sprinter for 11 years now and know its repair history everything he recommended made sense. I asked how long this work would take and he said one day. I was impressed with his response and set a date for just two days later. The work took the entire day from 8am to 5pm but true to his word Maxim had my Sprinter finished on time. I've only driven it home from the shop but it feels and sounds great. I'll update this review after a few weeks with additional impressions. So far I'm very impressed.

Thank you for the good question, by the way, this is a very common question, since people do not know their rights and become emotional hostages of the dealer. Sometimes dealer representatives (verbally only) create the false impression that you could lose your warranty if you do your Sprinter service or van repair in an independent shop. Or they falsely claim that you are obligated to service the Sprinter only at the dealership in order to maintain the warranty. FIRST, this statements is ILLEGAL in the US! Perhaps only in countries without freedom and without rule of law there are such rules. But in the free world we have a law that protects consumer rights from such lawlessness. When you bought a new car in the USA, you can do the service yourself: change the oil and filters if you are able and willing to do this, and you will not lose the dealer's warranty. The main thing is to use OEM filters and use only the oil and parts recommended by the manufacturer.
