There's bugs everywhere. I'm a YouTuber, It's hard work & with bugs everywhere It's hard to film without being grossed out. All though, It's a very lovely & very cozy place to call home! I just wish the bug problem wasn't here. I love how to the pool is opened now! The park is very fun for my daughter- Something just brings it all together! Some people here are very rude & should go back & learn manners, Bit most people here are very kind & loving & If you see this & you can't find the perfect place to live: Here is home! :)

Meadow Park Apartments is a great and wonderful place to live I've been here for years and it's been clean me Heidi management is respectable and management does not live on site set a quiet neighborhood surprisingly and it's family-oriented pet friendly definitely recommend it for low income families

If I could rate lower I would. We have had so much difficulty with these apartments it is insane. First of all, there is a massive bug infestation as stated by other previous reviewers and the apartments don’t think they are responsible at all! We had to buy so much bug spray every spring/summer, and there were bugs filling the windowsills and coming in through the door and the only solution they had was cutting down a tree which did absolutely nothing. Secondly, every month for a good 6 months they overcharged us in rent, and then they charged us late fees as well which they admitted were mistakes and they had to pay us back for. However with that being said, we have still yet to receive that check and we moved out a month ago! They also made us pay twice for last months rent which we are fighting to get back from them as well, and we haven’t heard a thing about our security deposit yet and it’s been a week over their 21 day limit to respond. We have reached out so many times and given them so much leeway to fix this situation and we were told it was forwarded to the regional manager a month ago and we haven’t heard anything. I would NOT reccommend moving here unless you have money, time, and patience to be fooled.

Adelaida and Betsy were super welcoming and informative. I like that they tried their best to accommodate me. I like the lay out and rooms in the apartments. I would recommend checking this place out
