It’s not the fanciest office, I probably wouldn’t go in there for Botox or anything invasive however it serves the purpose I need which is weight loss. I only go for the weight loss program, each time I lose about 40 pounds in about two months.

My mother and I had an appointment at 4:30. We got there, sat down, and waited. 40 minutes go by before the lady says “oh, you’re new you have to fill out this paperwork.” We do, then wait some more. And some more. People are coming in, signing their name, and within minutes they’re getting called back. How, when their appointment was after ours and we were sitting there for 40 minutes before we even got the paperwork? When we finally got up to leave, the lady says “oh, we were just about to call you back!” Yes, obviously, because we were the last ones in the office….? Very unprofessional and will NOT be back. If you’re new do not expect to take priority over regulars walking in! Even if your appointment is an hour before! 🤗
