Had to book 8 months in advance for an appointment. I get to the office and they let me know my doctor is on maternity leave and they have to reschedule. They said they tried to call me and leave a message. Forget healthcare for a second if this is the level of care they have for their patients.

I tried calling at 4:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon. After being connected to the physicians desk they picked up and immediately hung up on me. I called right back, directed to the desk again...they put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me. I called again (4:55pm now), and they just put me on hold until 5pm - then hung up on me. Automated voice service picks up at 5pm to let you know they're closed :)

I’m completely satisfied. I don’t have a lot of time, so the fact that I’m in and out of the office quickly is important to me. Also, Jeff does not nickel and dime patients for every little thing, and their fees are more than fair.

Unsure , but their is a lot if places that are now testing for covid19, Cvs, rite aid, Walgreens, community clinics etc , Google what you wanna ask that should help ,also yes call his primary doctor to ask them too. good luck
Call them...... They may prefer that you bring the information in person. Or, they will give you the fax number.
