Drove all the way there just to hear I have to do it online

Had an appointment for my electric to be turned on 10/01 in my new apartment. Company never came out but claims they did and had no access to the boxes. Mind you, the boxes are on the outside of the building, there’s no gate or lock keeping them from coming onto the property. I was there moving my stuff in all day with the apartment door OPEN as the only source of light was from the hallway, yet they claim to have left a card in the door. Maintenance was on site all morning renovating the front house and did not see them there. There’s cameras all over the property showing that they never came to the location which my landlord checked for me. I’m now on day 3 with no electricity in the middle of a STORM and they want me to wait 3 more days before they will come out to turn it on. Absolute scam of a company who overcharge and don’t even come out to do their jobs.

Absolute nightmare company.

Greedy. There shouldn't be convenience fees for paying online or through an automatic call system. Oh but Rachel these things cost money for the company to set up and maintain. Okay and so do brick and mortar locations with employed people. Almost $2 a transaction every time someone pays their utility bill??? With the population of people who use this service. Its horrible greed and its disgusting.

It depends on which department you want to contact.
I think you will have to discuss it with a credit repair consulting company, or contact one of the three credit bureaus such as equifax or trans union, or experian
Yes, most definitely you can. It is actually what Peco accepts there. If you happen to bring a debit card with you and do not have any cash, there is an ATM machine inside which charges you a very minimum amount (to zero $) by getting cash at this ATM machine, so that you can make a payment (and not use a check, because it is not accepted).
Money order and cash only. No credit/debit card or checks.
Technically they shouldn't but better would I be calling them to confirm as policies change time to time. Hope they help u on call.
You can just call PECO customer service and they will direct your call appropriately. You can then find out how to go about requesting service, what you need to do and how much it will cost.
The walk in office is closed indefinitely.
I'm sorry. The walk in office is not open right now. You can still leave a check or money order payment in the drop box at that location.
Not sure. They do answer when you call so hopefully you can ask. I've never gone
Yes, assuming you have an appointment
Translation please
Sounds like spam/fraud call to me
They are on J F. K. BLVD. THEY THEY ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC BUT VERY LIMITED AND CONTROLLED
My understanding is they will pick it up I think they pay you for it as well I'm not sure if it has to be in working condition but it can't be in peace
You should call them, it sound like they never closed the former customer's bill out and it carried over into your bill, take your lease or deed to show the date you moved in
have to come to Philly
I would get instructions from Peco.
Yes
Rather than a phone call, take your lease agreement and a picture of your electric meter for your unit to the Peco Office and present your case.
try app...it lets me.Use bank account
All
Concerning PECO?? Medical Certificate?? Not sure.
You can pay your bill by debit or credit card ONLY ON THE PHONE NOT AT PECO IN PERSON !!
I would go into the office to pay it
Unsure. You may have to call PECO.
