I have spent hours on hold to get a new doctor, the plan will not pay for me to be seen at the office without an assigned doctor, the doctor they originally assigned me to has left that clinic. This company takes millions of tax payers dollars and makes it so hard to get preventative care.

I called to see if I had insurance and the gentleman I spoke with walked me through everything. Plus, I was depressed and he was so encouraging, this is not what he does it was who he was. Thank you Health Partners for taking time and screening who you hire and nurturing them to greatness.

Beware if you suffer from any condition and need meds. I suffer from a certain condition and have for years. I had my reasonings for not getting on medication(bad for you long term) (bad side affects) and so on, but now I am at the point That I need of it. They won’t help with/cover any portion of medication that will be greatly beneficial to treating my said condition. This is very alarming! I never heard of a healthcare company not allowing you a medicine that helps your condition (btw it’s widely prescribed across the world, it’s not rare or anything). Sorry for the rambling but I’m just flabbergasted. I DO NOT recommend Health Care Partners.

They are a joke. If you apply for assistance and don't choose what insurance you want then you automatically get HPP. I'm still paying for prescriptions and getting bills that make no sense. But don't worry! Call them and you can sit on hold for a few hours just to get no where. They love hitting you with this one.... " Oh no. My computer went down. Do you have a call back number"?

SSDI or Social Security Disability Income has a free application online. And you can get a Lawyer that only gets paid if you win. The Lawyer gets a one time cut of your first check. Usually 25 percent.

HEALTH PARTNERS IS MAKING ME PAY FOR MY PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR AS WELL AS MY PAIN MEDICINE. THE COMBINED COST OF $415.00 PER MONTH!!! THEN WHEN YOU ADVISE HEALTH PARTNERS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THEY HAVE YOU FILE GRIEVANCES AND STILL DENIED MY NECESSARY MEDICINE CAUSING ME TO PAY THIS MONEY TO THE DOCTOR AS WELL AS THE PHARMACY!!! MIND YOU I ONLY GET SOCIAL SECURITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $756.00 A MONTH AND $415.00 IS USED FOR MEDICINE AND THE DOCTOR. LEFT WITHOUT RENT MONEY FOR A NUMBER OF MONTHS NOW!!! IT IS BY FAR THE WORST HEALTH INSURANCE I HAVE SEEN TO DATE! I LITERALLY AM LEFT WITH $311.00 A MONTH AFTER HAVING NO INSURANCE COVERAGE FROM HEALTH PARTNERS!!! MY PRIMARY DOCTOR SENT ME TO PAIN MANAGEMENT AND NOW I AM LITERALLY POOR AND LEFT WITH CARFARE EACH AND EVERY MONTH WITH HEALTH PARTNERS!!! DO NOT GET HEALTH PARTNERS.
