I'm not a gopuff delivery person...and I have spoken with a couple of individuals to take my info and phone number of there list and it has not been done....it's going on far to long and I'm getting tired of the late night text messages from gopuff....

Just got stiffed again by goPuff - they processed my order for over an hour then cancelled it. The customer service rep said they couldn’t find my address which is a bald face lie, as I saw a goPuff bag in the lobby this morning, which motivated me to order. We’ve ordered in the past too. Of course they already charged my debit card, which the agent said would only take 2-4 days to reverse. If they don’t deliver, I’m really surprised they are allowed to charge.

I'd give no stars if I could. Do not use this company!! They steal your money and are scammers. They overcharged me 15 and refused to credit it back to my original payment method. Refused only offered to credit the gopuff account. Ok I tried to use the credits and my order wasn't a priority because it was free! A hour later still not even prepared and they still refused to refund my money to my original payment method. I contested with my bank so now they gotta eat my whole order not just the 15 because my bank refunded the whole amount. Thiefs and horrible customer service

Arrival times are never correct anymore and then my order usually gets cancelled. Last 3 times this has happened I’m never using go puff again. I’ll stick to DoorDash

I have been dealing with this issue since December of last year. They owe me for two weeks of work. No one will call to address or rectify this issue and I keep being dismissed as if this isn't a serious offense on their part. I'm just going to go to the labor board for assistance.
