My "high speed" internet of 800Mbps is currently being throttled to 40Mbps. What do I pay you for?

Comcast does NOT take responsibility for their actions! They came into our Condominium Complex and started drilling. We have 102 units here and in 5 minutes half were out of water. They promptly drilled into 3 water lines. We as an association took responsibility for fixing the pipes, irrigation system for the grass and the pool that had gotten clogged with dirt. Over $40,000 later Sandia Plaza Condos was back in shape. BUT Comcast did NOT take any financial responsibility. They came in, made a mess, left and will not reimburse us for the destruction that they caused our neighborhood. What a pitiful representation of a business!

Cut the cord and save $$, perhaps more than half of your television service, dispensing of equipment fees, surcharges, add-on fees, and every other extra cost that Xfinity adds on to make sure that the cost of television continues to rise, while providing less included programming. For example, check out YouTube TV at approximately half the monthly cost. I had signed up for an Xfinity contractual commitment, but that did not prevent Xfinity from eliminating channels that were part of the contract when I signed up. But I was bound to the contract price. Same price, less product. Way back when, when Comcast went from analog to digital, all of the Comcast ads said that customers need take no action, but instead customers were required to purchase hardware at extra cost. By the way, try to speak to someone human when you call Xfinity. The layers of menus will try your patience. This is a company that could not care less about its customer. As a postscript, after terminating my TV service and returning my equipment, I received the next bill from Comcast, which, of course, did not reflect the termination of the TV service and the return of the equipment. Forcing me to navigate through the many telephone menus and recordings and then to text messaging before I could speak to a live person. Everything about dealing with Comcast is painful.

Don't want to be mean, but This Company should be out of business. "Customer Enemy Number 1"

Yes. That's part of their scam. No set price and no disclosure ever. They hope you forget then they can drain you for every dime in your pocket. This is done by design. No customer support and no discernable logic other than to rip you off because you forgot to negotiate the bill the month before they raise the price or cut you off. You'd think that the government would stop this monopoly and lack of competition. But there's too much money involved and if you don't like it use some tin cans and string because there is no apparent over site. Comcast can do at it pleases whenever it suits them.
Comcast doesnt care as long as you pay
100% agreed! Comcast does SUUCK. I've heard numerous accounts of horrible acts/ install jobs, committed by their installation techs that damaged houses their services don't work correctly. Prices are extremely expensive and once they have you hooked in they Jack it up and try and keep you from cancelling. A Horrible company the only reason they're allowed to survive is because there's hardly any competition in their Market if there are three or four other cable internet providers Comcast will be out of business quick.... and their junk mail is not very recyclable there's always some stupid little plastic $500 savings card in there to try and reel suckers in. Not happening Comcast you suck
I concur
I have called and been disconnected then got another representative and was told I would still pay more? What is it that you asked for? I asked for a better package like new customers.
The gift card is subcontracted by a third party. Short of small claims court, I would write an email. (calling us a wasteful and undocumented so Comcast will undoubtedly lie or give you false information) requesting the name and telephone number of the gift card administration company and ask for their email address so you can inquire when they will send your gidt card. Had the same problem and this is how I got their attention. Looked up the CEO name of gift card company and got my card in about 7 days after first contact. If not, you're going to spend $38.50 and file small claims complaint with atrached Comcast bill to peove your case.
What makes you say it's hard?
I've been using www.locast.org. I have the app on my phone too.
Because they only care about their bottom line
O am having the same problem and I have contacted xfinity and have had technitions come out to fix the problem to no avail! I am still having internet connection issues.
I would like activate my account
This is employer related right. Kindly reach out to HR or employee helpdesk.

Start with your HR department. If member of a union discuss with your shop steward.
You will have to call them or go in person, to find out what is going on with their apps.
Call the insurance company about that. I know one is required but truthfully I forget the ins and outs since the HOA deals with it. It makes sense since the outside is treated as common property. Just call the insurer who issues that certificate for clarification.
Read Comcast Forum. Read Twitter. Just Google it. Now. Comcast claims it would cost too much to offer TCM alone ala carte. Comcast rep stated TCM wanted to be a premium Network. Note it is NOT listed as a premium Network as of today. So they put it in with Sports Entertainment Package with 3 or so orphan channels. My guess? They are losing money on Sports. They get more $$ than on Digital Preferred - which can be accessed on non-HD cable boxes for non-HD viewing. It's all about the money. Show me the money baby! That's Comcast/Xfinity. BTW Comcast claims their viewership watches less than 2 films a week. Maybe less than 2 TCM movies. I watch classic B&W over and over. Better than today's trash ideology gender garbage. Noir, classic suspense, horror. Realize there is more than one way to access TCM. Maybe that is another reason Comcast may be losing money. They are not non-profit. I do get that. Bottom line. Call them directly. Complain... Everywhere. Anywhere. You see what they say.
I am able to switch between accounts from a drop down menu in the upper right corner of web page after logging in. If you don't have that then definitely time to call customer service
There isnt a visitor's parking lot. There is garage parking in the area for a cost or street metered parking.
You're on the wrong site for this kind issue. Try BBB in Philly.
General public can go inside the office front desk at the ground floor. There they can watch some nice random videos on a huge wall mount tv.
There is no reason to give your social security number. They may choose to validate it is you by the last 4 digits of your SSN, but you can request an alternate way. Now, the secret is call them back again. Each new call routes to a different area. Keep doing this until you get some one that can help you. I know it's a pain, but them again so is Comcast.
No I don't but sure like to have it also
