I have 2 accounts, one in Florida and one in Philadelphia. I can easily access my Florida account, that is insert my user name and password but I can't seem to be able to access my Philadelphia account. Need some help?

I am able to switch between accounts from a drop down menu in the upper right corner of web page after logging in. If you don't have that then definitely time to call customer service

My question is this. Has anyone else received increases in their bills with no advance warning? When visiting my local comcast store near me, they couldn't explain why other than to say "oh well your contract expired and these are the new charges".

I am a customer for over 20 years. My question is why can we not get plans with extra channels for under $100 like new customers? There is never a new plan for us for under $180!! So for us loyal is never going to be rewarded.
