O am having the same problem and I have contacted xfinity and have had technitions come out to fix the problem to no avail! I am still having internet connection issues.
I don't know why you are complaining on Google Maps there are better venues for you and you'll get better results.
Hey Michael, I'm curious why do you think Comcast won't fix it? If you call support, you will get assistance and in case nothing helps from remote troubleshooting, and there is a need of technician, they'll schedule a visit so you'll have your internet fixed pretty quickly (up to 4 days from my experience)
