I received a questionable red light camera ticket and then can’t access the video or photos of the incident due to having a Mac computer and not being a Pennsylvania resident. Seems shakedown like..

Yes there's a lot to park.
Yes. 15 days. But Street officers will still ticket you. They take the fines off when you go to get your permit. They did this for me last week.
If you get a different plate you have to get a replacement permit for $10. If you keep the same plate call the office and have the vehicle changed.
You will have to come into the office at 35 N 8th Street with your new Registration and Proof of Residence. There is a $10 Replacement fee and you will get a new replaced virtual permit.

You may not need to notify the PPA (City) that you have a new license plate # with the DMV (State). As long as you live in the same permit area, your existing PPA sticker will be ok on the back winshield until it expires. Now I would notify the PPA if I changed my address, because the new permit zone may be different from your existing zone.
Take pictures and be relentless with them iif you are within the law . yes these peolle are sad and assholes .
