If I could give 0 stars I would. A PPA enforcement officer in my neighborhood was extremely rude and belligerent to my friend (a woman who was driving by herself at night) as she was kindly dropping off food for us. She was only outside of her car for 1 minute, and instead of asking her directly to please move her car out of the crosswalk, he got up in her face and aggressively asked her rhetorical questions trying to humiliate her for simply stepping out of her vehicle to give food to me. He was also very hostile and rude to me as well. When I simply answered, "She (my friend) was just about to leave," he yelled at me, "I'm talking to HER, I'm NOT talking to YOU!" And he continued to aggressively question her only inches away from her face. He was on a power trip, blatantly trying to hold his authority over her to try to intimidate her. This was beyond unprofessional and completely out of line. No employee who interacts with the public should ever try to start a fight out of nowhere and talk to people like that. This officer should be fired.

PPA thanks so much for putting up new signs and enforce parking everywhere down south street so that I cant even park on my street that I live on even with a parking permit! So amazing great job on inconvenience me I feel like I cant even be sick and in quarantine for the amount of days as I should because I have to check on my car every day to make sure no other new moving violations will be posted or I’ll be towed and ticketed fees I can not afford great job ! Love what you do

Call or go to 10th and Filbert with evidence and dispute your ticket and then u call the ambulance company and put in ur compliant
You have to call phone number on ticket ,and on the recording they will tell you the phone number that you need to text,so you can make an appointment. There are no walk ins, 2 people in at a time. If you follow the prompts you will be able to get an appointment.
U will not get thru on the phone . I had to go down there recently. Phone stayed busy
Yes you can go to www.philapark.org to apply for a payment plan
Yes right across the street but if you get into the lot by 9 a.m. they charge a lower rate . if you miss the 9-3 special then they charge by the hour.
Of course even holidays snow days fire war everything counts
They do have lawyers that hang around there but they seem a bit shady... but for the most part if ur fighting a parking ticket u can represent urself right there and then and even if u lose they decent payment plans...
