Go into the office at 35 n 8th st. Bring proof of residence and the license plate information for the rental car. It's $15 for 15 days $30 for 30 days. They're open until 7p on Thursdays. And open at 8:30 to 4: 30 MTW and Fri
I would contact them directly. You probably won't be able to get one since it's not your car and you technically don't have the registration for it.
