Stopped in on a Thursday at 12:40 pm for some items for the office. Busy, but not too busy. Got most of my items and decided to grab a prime rib from the deli for lunch. Took me 12 minutes to check out. All lanes were open and backed up. My cashier double bagged everything and did it very slowly. Probably not the best time to be slow.

I have called and spoken to a different "manager" at least 12 times in the 12 months. The dumpster is broken and leaks all over the parking lot. It is directly in the path of everyone that walks to the store and it smells for 3 blocks around Harris Teeter. I live in the apartments across the street and walk to the store daily. I have spoken directly with many people that say this smells blows up to their apartment balconies and others that say the same thing as me - it smells for multiple blocks around the apartments, onto Sharon rd. and down Carnegie. This is disgusting and I simply do not understand why this has not been resolved. I have been bringing this to managements' attention for 12 months. How is it possible this isn't fixed? See pictures of the trash juice river that is constantly flowing down the parking lot. Please fix this. I know that you are aware of this issue...but you refuse to fix? That doesn't make sense to me. It makes you wonder how clean the rest of the facility is. Inside and out.
