I would say the business needs to get some redirection. They have rules and conditions; they do not enforce. If someone says discrimination, then the management is all about those that stated they were discriminated against. They even post Cease and Desist orders, which are illegal. The management will do their job, sometimes, but it would depend upon their mood at that time. They have little to no follow through, and they tend to disregard anything that may be helpful to the tenants or potential customers. In my opinion I would rate them a 0-Star if I had the option. The management has plenty of room for growth, but they lack the motivation and drive to want to succeed.

I wouldn't recommend if you have high standards. I moved in and moved right out within a month. The inside of the apartment is decent and clean. There are little tree bugs that do hang around in your window. I had a neighbor who was very loud on the phone through out the night outside my front door. Everybody smokes weed and cigarettes outside, heavily. The reason I moved out quickly, I had someone try to break in my front door within a month of living there. The whole time I moved in people would stand outside and watch me bring all my stuff inside. As well as watching to see if I locked my car. Couple weeks later, I had to make a report of someone trying to break in. By my mail box there was a man always standing with a gun holstered obviously he knew more about the place then I did. I just wouldn't recommend at all. There is more apartments in tri cities that are less ghetto, for the money you are going to pay.

Nice employees, close to being ghetto, but it's a good place to live. If there's any problems it's taken care of quickly. Expect your rent to go up yearly.. Overall. Nice

I don’t recommend this place at all. The apartments stink like smoke and weed the neighbors are always smoking. My car has bin hit and they got in my car at night. The only good thing in my car was a charger which they took. But the thought about knowing that the people living at the apartments are just looking at your car to see when u leave in unlocked to get in your car makes me sick. I don’t recommend these apartments to no parents if you care about your kids don’t move to the kamiakin apartments.
