I have lived here for a couple months now and absolutely love it! The staff is extremely helpful and quick with answering any questions I have. It is a quick and easy commute to work. It also has a hospital, school, plenty of grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance. Most importantly they are pet friendly ;) If you are looking for your next apartment 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I lived for nearly three years, management was excellent in Ashley's hand and there were no problems, but after her gone, the apartment complex got really bad for dog poop everywhere and there was no accountability for violators. I live in Building G. Teens settle in the building day and night, throwing dirt, pouring juice, cracking and hitting the doors. He knocked on our doors and ran away with constant screaming and very bad speech. I have filed a complaint with the management, but they don't care about anything and they don't hear anyone but collect the rents.My advice is not to live in the building G

I really like living here the office people are really amazing, the apartments are beautiful! The only Problem I have is there is never parking & Ive had 4 inspections since I’ve moved in and I’ve only been living here 3 months!! Like seriously?? Or else there would be a 5 start rating. Community is really friendly though.

The best complex we have lived in by far! The units are clean and like-new. Perfect size for our family, with washer and dryer included and a nice little patio to enjoy the Tricity weather. The complex has an amazing management team, always professional and welcoming, quick to resolve any issues and they have fun monthly activities. Maintenance is also great, quickly fixing anything that comes up. The complex is always so clean and the landscaping is gorgeous. I love all the evergreen trees so even in the snow the complex has some greenery. There is a clubhouse with pool table, small gym, office area and of course the community pool, basketball court, and a playground area. They cracked down on parking so each unit is only allowed 2 cars (which I feel is fair) and people have to use their garages or designated parking spaces, so we haven't had any parking issues in the past year. Covered parking is $35/mo, private garage is $75/mo so if you have more cars/drivers in your unit you can pay for extra parking. The only thing I would add is a mini dog park on the far end for all the pups to socialize! They have the best rent prices in the area which includes water/ sewage/ garbage, I wish there was more affordable housing like this everywhere. The residents are so friendly too and everyone seems to take care of each other and just be trying to make a living and take care of their families. I highly recommend this complex.

Depends on if it's a one bedroom 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom and it's around 300 400 or 500 plus 1 month's rent one bedroom 782 bedroom around 900 and a 3-bedroom a thousand something plus
