They are not good with maintenance. I put in 3 work orders one is a safety hazard. Has not help or come to check it out. But they are good in charging rent.

I love my apartment! There is so much room and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The management staff is extremely friendly and very helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone looking for a new place to live.

ROACHES Apartment was given keys for with roaches in it and staff said they would exterminate only that apartment. Refused to show till day of move in and would not give application fee back and could not give deposit back immediately. Absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend. Pictures are from day my friends were supposed to move in.

Stayed at Lakeside Apartment for 2 years and the most problem this place has is their new manager Adrian Galvan. Have talked to this young woman several times and you will be responded with rudeness. Other tenants have same issue when it comes to disrespectful approach from this manager. Unprofessional and disrespectful towards tenants.
