No one would help me get the laptop I came in to purchase. So I gave my thousand bucks to Amazon instead. Last time I will go into Best buy. The previous three times I have went I have been unable to find help. Really bad way to run a business. Would rare ZERO stars if I could.

Short staff. I waited there for 30 min but they were busy and rude and did not even care about anything. I asked 4 different staff to show me some audio speakers but no one took it seriously and I was treated rudly by 2 different female staff. I had to come back without getting any help. I would never ever go there. We all are having short staff problem but I never respond to my customer in a rude way.

I've been waiting for this one. The last two times that I was there, very bad service. Not very friendly at all. I was the first person there at 10:00 am. Easy item or so I thought. A protective cover for my Samsung Galaxy S10 ➕️. My phone is only 2 years old. No protective covers because my phone is to Old. (NEXT). I bought a I Pad mini for my daughter about 8 years ago for around $500 and had a added Lifetime warranty for $200. They said that they don't have a Lifetime warranty, only 5 year warranty. I would never had paid a extra $200 for a 5 year warranty on a $500 dollar item. Why would I keep the receipt for 8 years if the warranty is no good after 5 years. TOTALLY Disappointed in BEST BUY. Never again will I shop there.

I only use Best Buy when I have no other choice. Today reinforced that sentiment. Plenty of personnel around... But they were all loss prevention and Geek Squad. No blue shirts in sight. I went in looking for something specific. The website said they had it. The shelves looked like a pack of 4 year olds were let loose for an hour. Little was in it's rightful place. I had to track it down in the overflow stock and twist arms for someone to unlock it. The store gets one star for having what I needed. The kids that helped me earned another. The rest sucked.

Regular stock is gone, there maybe what they refer to as a open box item. Most of the ipods can be shipped to the store on Jan 3 rd. You can order them online and pick it up there.
Cat 5, Cat 6, Cat 6e.. (short for category 5, 6 or 6e)... has 4 twisted pairs of wires , 8 total. It looks similar to an RJ-11 (4 wire old telephone cord) only wider with 8 connections.. I would guess it's a network connection like Nathan said.
