Went in to get my sons first haircut I was there waiting for 3-4 hours. Very unprofessional. I dident know you had to make an appointment but I went as soon as they opened guys were sitting around talking even when they had a chance they would ask everyone who came after me “did you have an appointment” they said no then took them they did this 5x. I think they were avoided my son because he was so little and scared he was going move around or something idk. They could have said something to me and I would of went somewhere else instead of wasting me time. Don’t go here if you have little ones.

I have used their service about 10 times. The problems numerous, but one big issue is the shop's hygiene - they don't keep the place swept of previous customer's hair even when they barber has down time. The atmosphere created by the barbers could be described as constant "young male banter" between themselves while listening to loud explicit hip-hop. Not a place that a client would be comfortable bringing children - I made the mistake of once bringing my daughter - she hated the place because she feel uncomfortable.

Was promptly brought back for my trim. Definitely a different atmosphere than what I am used to, but a good shop with professional barbers. Little pricey is the only downside.

Joel is amazing! Best hair cut my kiddo has revived so far. My son has super blonde hair but wanted a cross design really bad. Joel worked some magic and was able to make the design show even though his hair is so light. Amazing atmosphere customer service and amazing attention to detail. 10/10 recommend
