The room and the bathroom was clean upon arrival. 2 bath towels, 2 small towels, shampoo & conditioner and a small bar soap was provided. There was a 1 ply toilet paper in the bathroom but you have to ask for a new one if you finished it. The small fridge and the microwave were both clean and functional. The airconditioning was working well but the filter needed to be changed and I had to roll up the curtain so it wont block the air flow. I cannot make a review of their complimentary breakfast as I was not able to come down in the morning. I like this place because it has always been quiet through out my stay. I felt safe and comfortable. The bed, linens and the pillows were comfy and clean. The front staff was nice and attentive. Prepare to have a cash when checking in because you need a $40 for deposit and the parking fee is $25 a day on a first come first serve basis. You will get your $40 back once you check out and there is nothing wrong with the room. The parking spot is very limited specially at night. This hotel still has a room for improvement. I suggest to provide a good quality towels and toilet paper. Also, I found two small crawling insects over the sink when I checked in. Over all, I am satisfied and will be staying again if I need a place for a couple of days.

As the other reviews state, this place is a nightmare. Upon checking in we were charged $40 in cash deposit, we didn’t have an even $40 cash so the guy shrugged his shoulders and said ok, I guess $20 will do. (????) When we got to our room, our AC unit had no cover over it. It was covered in must and dirty. We instantly assumed it did not work considering the room was 88 degrees. We had to fumble with it for several minutes and it got to work. The beds are hard and stiff as a wooden pallet. I would have been better off sleeping on a brick. Only 2 towels were provided for the entire stay of 3 days, and the shower handle on the shower door fell off. The Shower itself was updated and nice though, and the water pressure worked well. The first night while laying in bed, there was a little commotion beside us and we could hear it through the wall behind us. Next thing you know the picture on the wall fell off and hit me right in the head. I was not injured thankfully but had it been someone old they may have. You are provided only 1 key per room and parking pass is an additional $25 per day upon arrival. Parking is very minimal and tight spaces down an alley way. Front desk workers are sketchy, not friendly, I could hear them discussing payment issues with other guests and how poorly the manager handled the situation. My deposit was not refunded because they beds were not fully “made up” upon checkout. Aren’t they supposed to take the sheets off and wash them anyways after someone uses them? I’m not sure that this place washes anything after use. I would recommend to sleep outside in your car rather than give this shady business a dollar. There’s a beautiful hotel right around the corner that we should have booked, This place is taking the cheap route so you absolutely get what you pay for. Cheap bed, cheap breakfast (cereal only), and cheap overall smells musty and of old carpet. Do not stay here if your life depended on it!! You have been warned!!!!

Found this gem in the heart of L.A. on one of our last trips... I won't be staying anywhere else! It's perfect! Affordable and conveniently located, fluffy pillows, friendly staff ((thanks Georges!!!😊)) . They offer a breakfast nibble, simple fare -nothing fancy- but all I need is a bite of toast. If you need more, 711 is across the street and Starbucks is in walking distance.

just don’t come. air conditioning was broken in my unit. the worker at the front desk was new (he was nice and doing his best) but clearly overwhelmed. when i came downstairs to get the air conditioning fixed the poor guy was asleep at the desk. came by later and he said he would fix it; 2 hours went by and no help. my room got up to 83 degrees. another front desk worker came and helped, but all she could do was turn the fan on so the unit blew warm air around. to their credit, the staff are very kind, but they’re so overworked and can only do so much to fix intrinsic problems with the management (or lack thereof). i picked this place because it was cheap and the location was great, but it’s not worth it at all.

Not sure about in the room but there's a very nice outdoor area complete with a toasty fire to keep you warm while you smoke and enjoy a visit with the other guests.
When I staied um Thais hotel , I don"t have any problems. Dos you talk with manager?
No free parking specifically for the hotel but the location is on a quiet/Cul de sac with occasional on street free parking. You are able to pull up to the front for pickup and dropoff very easily. Generally safe area even if walking several blocks.🐞🍃
yes but parking is behind the hotel its really confusing there is also am pm gas station so there is small aley or small road in between gas station and hotel u cannot go to the parking through the gas station but i can pay 20 bucks a day to park u car at gas station for one day
The breakfast is from 6 to 9 and it is nothing more but toast and mini muffins and sometimes there's coffee but only if there's some left
