Olga Kameneva has been a great probation officer. Probation is not fun. But she works with you and understands the plight. She will help however you can and support you in any way she can. She has listened to me everytime I speak to her and she is very empathetic. How often will a PO sit and listen for 30 minutes while someone is letting their heart out crying about the situation and be able to pick you up and let you know there are better things coming and she believes you're able to do so much more most POs just dont care like this. This is what probation officers should all be like but unfortunately they're not. I am almost done with probation but being given a new PO. Hopefully the next one is as good as Olga was.

Probation officers make people get into treatment or take classes that they don't need so they can make their resumes look better. They don't care about their clients or try to help them succeed in their goals. They set people up to fail to keep them in the system longer.
