Pretty annoyed by this place. The night shift doesn't seem to care about getting an order right. And give attitude when asked for the correct order. Only to still not give me the correct damn order second time around.

Haven't had the tacos since I was 8 . Nice to know that a smear of mystery meat slice of American cheese and some shredded lettuce fried to greasy perfection still tastes great !Jack in the box fans will understand 🤣

If im gonna pay $50 for uber eats and you dont have a place to order condiments at least answer your phone so that I can verbally tell you. Its outrageous that you dont get the same service as if you walked or drove in as you do with the astronomical prices of uber eats.

Placed a order thru Jack in the box app said it was open 24/7. Went to pick up order nobody there restaurant was closed. I could see thru the window that the order screen was taking orders. Placed the order February 20 2022 and still have not received a refund emailed multiple times and tried calling the store nobody ever answers. There is no way to cancel order on app. If they got my order when ever they open the restaurant nobody called or cancelled order. Should had read reviews before placing order for this restaurant. Seems like the restaurant is having a lot of problems.
