I had a 4:00 appointment to have my ankle x-rayed. It is now 5:05. 5 people have been taken back and I'm still here. Some of the other people were getting x-rays also (I asked). When I inquired I was told they were getting other things done. I'm being ignored. No excuse.

Friendly and professional, but they somehow lost my husband in the system who checked in at the same time as me, we're still here 2 hours later waiting for him to get called back because of human error at the front desk.
