I’ve done maintenance at Broomall for 6 yrs in my prior. The cnas don’t care about families their there for a paycheck . The things I’ve seen are disturbing. I went to the dementia floor one time and instead of running comfortable music there was gangster rap playing on the 3rd floor. My step father poured his heart out in this place and landscaped and serviced the grounds for 15yrs +. He showed up last week and they gave him no notice there was just another company there. My grandmom is 84yrs old had a hip surgery she woke up and screamed with her feet tied . They gave her Tylenol till my mother approached the situation. They took an X-ray and her leg was dislocated out of the socket. If your looking for a family environment. They let mine down..

My experience there is that I know it is a very difficult job as I am there everyday and have watched patients with dementia act so terribly! The people who work there have been fantastic in my opinion for the patient employee ratio. Family members complain because they aren’t there every day or moment. Are their problems ? Yes and I address them and make sure they are taken care of. And I keep addressing them and if it takes a 100 times I’ll do it! Because I see the love they have for my mother! From Michelle at the front desk, Frankie, Sharon head Nurse, Caroline, Bintou, to be, Marie, Esther, the cleaning lady Beatrice 3 , Zy’mere ,Troy all the therapists,Jim and Sharm so many people!!! Good people not enough to take care of so many people! God Bless you all and thank you Patrick

Terrible admin office, they don’t care about the patients and don’t work well with the family members. They were rude and not helpful at the time I needed help the most. They literally kicked my gmom out of the facility because their staff had a huge turnover and they couldn’t figure out a way to manage situations. Every time I went to see my gmom it was a different nurse and CNA. CNAs we’re on their phones while patients were yelling for help. My gmom was given wrong meds bc there isn’t a nurse there long enough to know the patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re absolutely desperate.

My grandmother was in patient 7th day I arrived to visit her on 1st floor to have to call 911 no nurses present. She died 3 days later from neglect from facility
