We had good service, but I wish there wasn't so many cakes and more choices for ice cream...... keto friendly, or sugar free. I tried to buy something for my brother who is a diabetic, at a different location, not one option was available .

Where to start. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered and I’ve worked in customer service my entire life. I’m currently pregnant and literally wanted 2 scoops of ice cream. I walk in, no other customers are in the shop, and the three workers tonight were talking amongst themselves. The gentleman said hello and then the three of them were filling up buckets with more ice cream instead of acknowledging me after hello. I waited about 3-5 minutes, again, I’m the ONLY customer in the shop, and I finally had to say, “Can I get some Ice Cream??” All three workers finally looked up and all gave me a glare like I wasn’t supposed to ask to be helped. One girl asked what I wanted, I told her “I just want two scoops of chocolate ice cream.” She said nothing, walked over to the counter, told me the total, ran my card, then walked away. I literally had to grab my ice cream cup UNDER the plexiglass that was up due to COVID. These workers were so rude and inappropriate. I’m disgusted. Go somewhere else for ice cream on a Saturday night .

The employees weren't super knowledgeable about it but I went specifically today because they launched two new vegan flavors that I wanted to try and they did not disappoint. No more nasty Margarita ice my friends. Cookie Dough and Chocolate Extreme are here and INCREDIBLE.

I got a beer shaped icecream cake for my husbands birthday. It was awesome all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called in my order. It was ready to go when I picked it up and it turned out perfect.
