I have had a storage unit at extra space for the last three years and since Kenny has started he has been the best! He his very helpful any time I have any questions, he calls me right away when I have packages delivered, he recognizes me every time I come through the door. I think he is a big asset to the store! I recommend getting a storage unit at the east vancouver location.

I have never needed a storage unit before, but the experience of renting with extra space storage was so easy and convenient. The facilities are clean, quiet, and well lit. I like that the security code is needed for everything, and there are security cameras in every corner. I feel super safe here, and my personal belongings are safe. Kenny is super helpful with everything and I've seen him treat everyone with patience and respect.
