Their $34 overdraft fee is ridiculous!!!! And they don't even give you a day or 2 to try and pay back what you overdraft on. I have called to see if they can work something out, my husband has called to see if they can work something out. But nope! 😒 With me and my husband and one of my kids, we have a total of 3 accounts with them, been with them for a couple of yrs, have recommended this bank to friends and family. My Dad was with them for 10+yrs, but times have definitely changed! The ladies who have picked up my calls, are almost always rude, and not understanding that things can happen at times. Did they care? NOPE.. didn't care to help out an old customer. So we are already looking for a new bank. I'm done with the ridiculous overdraft fees! I'm done with this bank.

Rude bank teller shouts my income from my direct deposit loud enough so the whole place would hear. I suffer from chronic migraines and my vision blurs, making it hard to see the large printed bank statement. I know these times are hard, but a little patience and kindness go a long way.
