Placed an order for in store pick up 5 days ago. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift. They haven't even shipped it yet. Called customer service and it said there was a 10 minute wait to reach a representative, 35 minutes later and still no one on the phone. I can't get it in 3-7 days if they don't ship it. Email shows that it shipped & they are packing it at the same time. Tracking shows something different. In addition, they have already charged me.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!
