Carrie was amazing! She emailed me when they got to my order and followed-up with questions (website only had option for 1” holes, but I had put 2” holes in my drawing). She stated they couldn’t cut the custom holes on the glass width I had chosen and had to size up. I said yes please, I still intended to have the product - she said no problem and no extra charge!! Her response time was phenomenal, still within the same day! When the product finally arrived it fit our desk PERFECTLY, every 16th of an inch measurement was on point and the piece was cut to perfection! This was a surprise I bought for my husband and he was impressed with the quality and exact fit. I needed a glass shelf for a bar fridge. I ordered one from an appliance supply company in April 2021. That order was delayed many times, then cancelled in April of 2022. I found One Day Glass and placed an order for a piece of tempered glass. My shelf arrived in less than a week and my fridge is now nice and organized. I'm very happy!

Website was easy to navigate, ordering was also easy. I emailed them with a question before ordering and received a response very quickly. The item I ordered arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged. Considering my mirror traveled 3000 miles and arrived with several holes in the outer cardboard, the mirror was intact and perfect. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. Glass panels arrived when quoted and fit my measurements exactly. Sliding glass barn door looks great. Ordered laminated safety glass in diffused white for bathroom door. It lets plenty of light through but you cannot see anything or anybody. Will order again when I need to.
